Eva Bot

Turn a WhatsApp conversation into a ride request, a clear quote and a booking confirmation — using your vehicles and rate rules.

WhatsApp booking test

A test conversation, presented in an iPhone frame. The source screenshots show Android controls and Square sandbox payments; this is not a live iPhone recording.

Reference walkthrough supplied on the Limozoft Eva Bot page; shown here as a test example, not a live Shuttle.Software transaction.

From trip request to follow-up

Trip details and clarification

The test captures JFK Airport to Times Square, the pickup date and time, flight number, passengers, luggage and toddler seats. Ambiguous answers prompt a follow-up question.

Vehicle selection and booking summary

The conversation presents SUV and minivan options, then summarises the selected vehicle and fare. The screenshots also show an earlier quote being corrected — validate your rate logic before launch.

Test payment and reminders

The flow includes a Square sandbox payment link, an unpaid-booking reminder and cancellation, followed by a new reservation, a paid-status message and a ride reminder. Sample fares and policies belong to this test, not the Eva Bot subscription.

Eva Bot pricing

Separate Eva Bot offers, not the main Shuttle.Software fleet plans. Confirm package scope and third-party charges during your demo.
